Frequently asked questions

The questions we are asked most often

Buying process

What does a land share mean?
Buying a land share makes you the owner of a definite portion of the land, and you receive a flat in that proportion. It takes less money at the start than buying a finished flat.
How much does it take to book?
It differs by project. At Grid Green Heaven the booking money is BDT 2,00,000, then a down payment of BDT 3,00,000, and the rest in instalments.
What happens if handover is late?
The handover date is written into your agreement, and so is what follows if it slips. Construction progress is updated in the portal every month, so you see how far the work has come before the date arrives.

Instalments and payment

Over how many months can I pay?
Usually between 6 and 60 months. Put your own budget into the instalment calculator and see what it comes to.
Can I pay instalments online?
Yes. Sign in to the customer portal and pay by bKash, Nagad, Rocket or card. The receipt is added to your account straight away.

Law and paperwork

Which documents can I see?
The deed, the mutation, the khatian, the DCR and the approval papers — you can see all of them at the office or during a site visit.
Do I get my money back if I cancel?
A set portion is deducted under the company's rules and the rest is refunded. The details are written into your agreement.
Will the land be registered in my name?
Yes. Your share of the land is deeded in your own name, and the mutation is done in your name at handover.
